So I felt inclined to share this. Pretty revolutionary to get customer service just by whining on the internet. I didn’t have to call customer support, fill out forms, nothing. The truth is that Twitter is not just trite and vain. It has real uses, which we are just starting to figure out.

Being able to put out information to the masses, to have it automatically made searchable and relevent to interested parties, thats something special.

With one 140 character message I accomplished multiple things.

1: Broadcast my displeasure for personal satisfaction. (everyone loves to do this)

2: Made my twitter savvy friends aware of my situation. (we all bitch to our friends about our daily lives, twitter allows us to do that on a grander scale)

3: Unbeknownst to me, I flagged the attention of the relevant customer service pertaining to my issue. Simply incredible.
